Academic Monitoring Committee
The Academic Monitoring Committee is constituted to plan, supervise, and monitor all academic activities of the institution to ensure quality teaching–learning and continuous academic improvement.
Objectives
- Ensure effective implementation of the academic calendar
- Monitor the quality of teaching and learning processes
- Improve student academic performance
- Maintain academic standards as per university and regulatory norms
Functions & Responsibilities
- Monitor preparation and execution of lesson plans and course plans
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus
- Review student attendance and internal assessment performance
- Analyze results and pass percentages
- Identify slow and advanced learners
- Recommend remedial coaching and mentoring programmes
- Promote innovative teaching methods and ICT usage
- Collect and analyze student feedback
- Conduct periodic academic review meetings
- Submit reports to the Principal / IQAC
