Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA)

As a part of the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA), which is a flagship programme of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, Vivekanandha College for Women has adopted a cluster of five villages – Illupili, Pokkampalayam, Kokkalai, Pullagoundampatti, and Kilapalayam in Namakkal District. Various development projects undertaken by Vivekanandha College for Women are listed as follows. Through this, we have received fund of Rs.50,000/- from MHRD for organizing UBA programme.

Our Group of Institutions implements sturdy Sanitizer and hand wash machines in the campus to disinfect the Visitors.

Women EntrepreneurshipAwareness Program

The Unnat Bharat Abhiyan team at VCW organized Women Entrepreneurship awareness program for students consecutively in 2018 and 2019. Both villagers and students participated in this drive to enrich the women empowerment.

Precautions method for COVID-19(2019-2020)
