Online Fee Payment Terms and Conditions

   By proceeding with online payment of your college fee, you agree to the Terms and Conditions for online fee payments made to various colleges of Vivekanandha Educational Institutions(VEI) through payment gateways.

1. Gateway

   Online payment of fee is enabled through payment gateways on behalf of the Vivekanandha Educational Institutions (VEI). The payment gateway service providers have been authorised to process the fee payments on behalf of the institutions.

2. Accepted Mode of Payment

Payment can be made using:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
• UPI
• Net Banking (selected banks)

3. Fee and Charges

   The online payment may attract convenience/transaction fee, which will be displayed before you confirm payment. The VEI is not responsible for any charges levied by your bank or card issuer.

4. Payment Confirmation

   After successful payment, you will receive an electronic receipt via email/SMS. The confirmation of fee payment is subject to realization of funds by the respective colleges in one Working day.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

   Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of:

• Double payment due to technical error.
• Transaction failure but amount debited from the payer’s account.

For eligible refunds, written requests should be sent to support@vivekanandha.ac.in within 5 days of payment, along with proof of transaction. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–15 working days.

6. Privacy and Data Security

• All financial transactions are processed securely through VEI servers using encryption technology.
• The VEI does not store or share your credit card/debit card/net banking/UPI details.
• Personal information collected during payment (like student ID, name, email) is used solely for transaction and record purposes.

7. Liability

   The VEI shall not be liable for the following:

• Payment delays due to internet, network, or bank server issues.
• Unauthorized access or misuse of data beyond our control.
• Technical failure during the payment process.

8. Amendments

   VEI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the official website.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country and subject to the jurisdiction of Tiruchengode, Tamilnadu courts.
